Welcome Home, Jaden Thomas!

My Aunt & Uncle welcomed their son into the world at 9:20 am on June 27, 2011.  He was three weeks early but very healthy.  My aunt is off until Labor Day and my uncle was able to get off for a few weeks.  So last weekend, to help out the new parents, we put together a dinner for them to have so that they wouldn't have to spend their precious time to make dinner themselves.

We prepared one of our favorite dishes, Cowboy Casserole.  I put it all together in a pan but didn't cook it.  I taped a notecard to the lid of the pan with instructions for the oven.

They enjoyed it and we were glad to help!
